This page is for people counting carbohydrates on a ketogenic diet. It lists the bars in our verified set with 5 g of net carbs or less, lowest first. We did not look for a maker’s “keto” statement on these bars, and this page does not call any of them keto-certified. The 5 g line is ours.

How net carbs are computed here

The Nutrition Facts panel has a total carbohydrate line and no net-carbs line, and no US rule defines net carbs; some makers show a net-carbs figure elsewhere on the label. Our site computes net carbs as total carbohydrate minus fiber, minus sugar alcohols, minus allulose, each as printed. Where a label shows allulose only outside the panel, the entry says where. When the label lists one of those as “<1 g”, the site shows a range, from the lowest to the highest figure the label allows. Some readers count sugar alcohols or particular fibers differently, so each entry also shows the label’s own lines. We checked 25 verified bar listings; 7 meet the criteria.

How we chose

The rule: a bar is listed only when its nutrition panel for one named flavor is verified in our database with a last verified date, and the number that earns its place is the number printed on that panel. Where a figure comes from the label outside the panel, the entry says where. Every figure on this page is for the one flavor named, as printed; other flavors in the same line can differ. Verified dates in the set we checked run from Sep 22, 2026 to Oct 23, 2026. Three bars we track are not published yet and were left out of this page: Gatorade Recover Protein Bars, CLIF BUILDERS Protein Bar and Lenny & Larry’s Cookie-fied Bar. Protein powders are outside this bar list.

The Contains and cross-contact lines under each bar are quoted from the maker’s product page as we read it on Oct 24, 2026, with where each one sits. A line can be for a different flavor from the one whose label we verified; each quote says what it covers. Where our listing’s own allergen field shows a line we did not find on the brand’s page, the entry shows that line too.

A protein product guide for people who have to read the label: filterable by allergen, diet, and ingredient, with third-party testing status tracked and every fact carrying a dated verification stamp.
